It has been seen and could be said that the owner must learn how to reply back to the customers before starting a business. This is giving a bad name to his business organization and it will be very hard for him to flourish in the future or even to attract new customers on a daily basis. It shows that the owner is arrogant and refusing to acknowledge the fact that indeed there is some room for improvement that can be done in the restaurant.

It can be said that he is trying to attract customers by being vocal in the social media world and replying negatively to the negative reviews left by the customers. But, it must stop right now otherwise he will lose his business within a month as people will not take this lightly. The owner must use the negative feedback to his advantage and try to make the necessary adjustments to serve better and make a good name for him in the market. Though you can argue that any kind of publicity is a publicity even a negative one. But the owner has to keep in mind that he wants to keep the business and run the business for a long time.

It must be said that a paying customer has every right to post their reviews on a service that they have just used. But the owner of the same business establishment must not be offensive on any such negative feedbacks. In an ideal world a good and reputed business owner will provide only with diplomatic answers as it will show that the business owner has learned from their mistake and will do anything to rectify their mistakes and to serve their clients in a much better and effective way. An offensive answer to the clients will give the image that the business owner is mocking and humiliating the clients without any retaliation.

The owner of the rock grills steakhouse has been giving some pretty amusing replies to its clients. It is evident when he said that one must come with an open mind when they visit their eating joint. Now, why should a person come with an open mind when he is out dining? It’s not that he is going to watch a sci-fi movie and does not know how good it will be. A person needs to open his mouth in order to eat food and definitely does not need to open his mind while eating dinner. No one can find the valid reason why the owner said that one must come with an open mind. The answers of the owner are getting bad to worse with each reply.

It has been found out by some of the replies of the owner that he thinks that people are out there to tarnish his and his eating joint’s reputation. He seems paranoid and seems to live in a world of his own. It can be said that the owner of the rock grills steakhouse must be admitted to a mental hospital immediately. His family members should consider this seriously. He might think this because he has made enough enemies in the market and nobody wants anything good to happen for him. The owner thinks that people who are giving the negative reviews could not afford to eat at his joint. This proves that he is looking down at customers when it is the customers who are paying him their hard earned money.
