[b]What is a Compatible or Generic Cartridge?[/b]

A Compatible or Generic Printer Cartridge is a brand new replica of the original genuine cartridge. Compatible ink Cartridges & toner cartridges are not from the Original Manufacturer (for example Brother or Canon) but function in the same way at a fraction of the price. The vast majority of our compatible cartridges feature more ink or toner than the original, making them even better value.

[b]What is a Remanufactured Generic Cartridge?[/b]

A Remanufactured Generic Cartridge is created from recycled cartridges which save our environment. Our Remanufactured cartridges are produced in a state of the art factory to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

[b]Why should I buy your Compatible Cartridges as opposed to another company?[/b]

It all comes down to quality. Most other companies use an inferior dye-based ink in their cartridges, and unfortunately, they can cause damage to your printer heads. Ausjet, our supplier, uses mostly pigment based ink which is superior in quality. Pigment-based ink produces sharper pictures that are water, smudge, UV and highlighter resistant. This is why most professional printers use pigment ink. Our pigment-based inks are sourced from a respected USA company. Where dye-based ink has been used, it has been sourced from a quality German company. Our Compatible Cartridges will not void your printer manufacturer warranty!

Many of our Ausjet Procolour series are manufactured to hold a higher volume of ink than the original or other compatible brands. Additionally, our cartridges contain the most up to date microchips, allowing them to be used in the newest of printers.

[b]Your site says free express shipping over $49.95. What are the conditions?[/b]

Ink and Toner Warehouse offer free Express Shipping Australia Wide only via Fastway Couriers and Australia Post if you order exceeds $49.95. This is for orders that comprise of Ink and Toner Cartridges only and weigh a maximum of 5kg. These conditions meet the majority of orders. If your order weighs more than 5kg or is an item from our printer or office equipment range, additional costs will apply.
