Abdelhak Bensaoula has also worked joint appointment as research professor in the department of civil and environmental engineering from 2010 to 2014 and has also served as the North American editor of journal of smart materials and coating technologies during 2012. He is also involved in new product development and research strategy lead at integrated micro sensor incorporated and from 2015 has been appointed as the R&D manager at Green Technology solutions.
