Her experience spans leadership appointments from Fortune 100 through private healthcare organizations. She has successfully formulated and executed over a dozen restructurings, reduced over $100 million in costs to organizations, repositioned commercialization go-to-market for four organizations, raised over $200 million in the private and public sectors and over $10 million in the philanthropic sector, and has delivered over $1 billion in revenue. In addition to being an industry leader, Ms. Zagger holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification, is a member of the Forbes Business Council and American College of Healthcare Executives, and is cofounder of a women’s health non–profit that is associated with Yale New Haven Health System. Ms. Zagger has been decorated as a “Top World Leader in Healthcare,” noted as a “Top 100 FemTech Leader,” and a “Best in Class COO.”
