An organization providing help for individuals and families with autism and Learning Difficulties is extending its services to Walton County, Florida. WSI Learning, Diagnostic and Treatment Center has been operating at415 N. Richard Jackson Blvd - Panama City Beach, Florida, 32407 in Bay County, but now, according to the founder and owner Dr. Barbara Ellis-Woroch, it’s set to reach more people struggling with autism and Learning Difficulties.

Operated by Dr. Barbara Ellis-Woroch, a PhD holder in Psychology and a board certified Behavior Analyst for Autism and Learning Development, the WSI Learning, Diagnostic and Treatment Center offers the following services: Autism diagnosis and treatment, Work and Career issues - Performance Enhancement, Learning Disability and related problems, Conflict Resolution and Mediation and BCBA/RBT Supervision.

Dr. Barbara Ellis works with a range of behavioral issues providing services spanning therapy, autism, and parenting support among others. These services are provided in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere as well at home. She offers a highly personalized approach, tailored to each client’s need and assisting them to achieve their aspired-to personal growth.

Dr. Barbara says her main motivation in opening a branch inWalton County is to reach families who have children with autism. While acknowledging that these families may be going through a rough time due to a lack of support and treatment options, the behavioral analyst said that she also wants to reach people who think their kids have autism adding that even adults who want to be tested can access the required services at the Diagnostic and Treatment Center.

Dr. Barbara describes herself as a solution-focused behavioral therapist whose goal is to help people uncover their true potential. Through application of behavioral approaches and techniques, she promises to help unearth long-standing behavior patterns that may be holding a person with autism and the family back from experiencing a more fulfilling and socially significant life. Dr Barbara recommends an early diagnosis observing that this is the only way that one can lead a more fulfilling life. Dr Barbara is a psychology and a human behavior expert and a board certified behavior analyst. She is also a subject-matter expert in negative emotions and violence in the work place as well as a master trainer in Workplace Conflict Mediation and Resolution.
