JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 17, 2020) — The Loop has always been a neighborhood place, dedicated to serving its communities. The fast-casual brand made that official with its LoopLove in Action movement, which aims to help however they can, whenever they can.

Now is a time of action.

In response to the crisis around COVID-19, or coronavirus, The Loop has changed its policies to help keep customers safe and healthy.

The restaurants will add temporary curbside delivery starting now at all locations. Guests can call their order in, pay by phone, and call again when they arrive to their local Loop. The Loop staff will deliver food to their vehicle.

The Loop also offers delivery via Uber Eats, DoorDash and Bite Squad. Additionally, customers are encouraged to carry out, and in accordance with state mandate, the restaurant has limited seating and followed social spacing guidelines for dine-in guests.
