AIMEP is for serving humankind and fights for women’s rights
Dr. Nowhera Shaik is a Politician and a Businesswoman. She was born on 21st September 1973 to Shaik Nanne Sahaeb and Shaik Bilkis.

The Mahila Empowerment Party is concerned about women’s issues. However, AIMEP is for serving humankind. Further, the politics in addressing social affairs inspired Dr. Nowhera Shaik to settle the party. Dr. Nowhera Shaik takes it in between all her occupied business programs.

Her first social engagement was as an educationist. It was concentrating on the women of her community. In spite of being strictly devoted to gender justice, it focuses on the empowerment of women. It makes their economy independent. She has realized how the male-oriented setup is restricting the growth of women. Because of which they are unaware and unable to self-recognize, and lead an independent life.

The AIMEP emerged from Dr. Nowhera Shaik’s awareness in the two decades of action in problems regarding women.
The AIMEP works under the flag called ‘INITIATIVE FOR COMPLETE JUSTICE FOR HUMANITY’. Therefore, a good society is one that acknowledges the justice of all its members. Moreover, it can develop a solid and secure country.

Accordingly, the principle plan of the party is to empower women without any bias of caste, belief, and region. In the launching ceremony, the party has commanded the implementation of the Women’s Reservation Bill.
