We are Charles J. Apgar and Mildred Verlene Sullivan. Husband and wife for over 46 years now. With the exception of working most of our free time on the design of a multi-level cities we hope to build, we are retired.

We have downsized the original project to a fraction of its previous size. We have decided that we would rather build several smaller projects in different locations around the country than to build just one large project.
The Multi-Trillion Dollar Dream Projects as they are built, will be a multi-level vertical cities.
They will each employ thousands of people.
They will each be home to thousands of people.
They will each be two miles across their bases including the 5 to 6 mile freeway-beltway that surround each of them and 1,500 feet tall.
