Adding to his achievements, he operated an annual budget of 34 million dollars. He worked collaboratively with Delta Police Association and the Canadian Union of Public Employees.

Pertaining to his educational accreditations, Varun Naidu graduated from the University of British Columbia with Bachelor of Education. Besides, he won the Oliver Thompson Memorial Award at the Police Academy. He loves to watch sports especially NFL during his free time. He will be joining Porsche club quite soon.

Being the part of Delta Police Department, Varun Naidu formerly served as the Sergeant in the Delta Police Drug Section. Here, he supervised seven constables in the areas of drug investigation. It included indoor marijuana grow operations and drug trafficking. Being a supervisor, he provided oversight on all investigations and developed strategies with my team to reduce the impact of drugs in the community through education, enforcement and community partnership.
