In a statement released from Apple to the developers of the app on Tuesday, "Your app does not meet the requirements to be approved, and features misinformation that might harm other users."

Unvaxxed.co brands itself as "the only censorship free social network for those questioning the lockdowns and vaccines." Tensions have been high recently over the mandatory vaccines in some states and countries and also controversy surrounding the efficacy of the vaccines.

According to the founders, "Facebook, Reddit and other social media companies are outright censoring and banning users from their platforms for questioning mandatory vaccines and having a dissenting opinion, we felt the need to make a censorship free and decentralized platform for all those speaking out."

The website is currently still live as they are hosting it on their own servers. Facebook has purged multiple anti-vax groups, Youtube has banned many influencers from their platform for pushing misinformation and Reddit has silenced, banned and quarantined multiiple subreddits, such as No New Normal.

Will this social network last, or is it only a matter of time before it's banned from the internet outright?
