Jet set go session at #ecell #IIT #bombay.Find key tips for startup below.

Yesterday, had a wonderful day mentoring startups at e-cell IIT Mumbai. Met with many budding entrepreneurs full of enthusiasm and creativity with a zeal to conquer the world!

Key takeaway for the budding startups who are in different phase of #startup #ecosystem:

1) Make scalable model
2) First find sustainability
3) Don't just make an idea only for funding, think like the business owner
4) Don't attempt to do many thing at once, Focus one thing/one service/one idea at a time and this will be the key to your success
5) Make startup for the customer not for yourself, think like customer and find a customer who needs you like a water in the desert
6) Avoid funding related news, Sooner or later you will get funding for your system, your first investor should be customer
7) Last but not least, you are not doing anything wrong just keep learning keep moving, the best mentor and investor is customer

Best of luck and best wishes for your future.
