Compiled annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Top 25 list was recently published in a Home Quarterly Top Producers issue. Mark Spain Real Estate is honored to make the list and continue to serve the community and provide an unparalleled client experience when selling or buying a home.

The Atlanta-based firm had nearly $683 million in closed sales at its four metro Atlanta offices. However, Mark Spain Real Estate also has offices in Athens, Ga., Raleigh, Charlotte and Nashville. Company-wide, Mark Spain Real Estate crossed the $1 billion sales benchmark for the first time (an increase of more than $300 million over the previous year) and had 4,200 closed transactions in 2019.

With regard to the Atlanta’s Top 25 Real Estate Companies list, rankings were made with 2019 verified gross residential sales volume in the 20-county metro Atlanta region. Mark Spain Real Estate, although one of the smallest brokerages on the list in terms of the number of agents, had 2,960 transactions and $683 million in sales. Company-wide, Mark Spain Real Estate achieved nearly $400 million in sales outside metro Atlanta in Athens, Charlotte, Raleigh and Nashville. The firm averaged 81 closings a week in 2019. Other firms on the list reported as many 3,286 agents. Fifteen of the firms had 500 or more agents.

The Top 25 Atlanta Real Estate Company honor comes in the same week Mark Spain Real Estate debuted in the No. 196 spot on the annual REAL Trends 500 list of top-producing residential real estate firms in the United States.
