Inc. magazine has ranked Northwest Arkansas-based Limbird Real Estate Group No. 1964 on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The Inc. 5000 represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small businesses. The 2018 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc., is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. According to Inc., only 12 percent of all American companies achieve a one-year revenue growth of 25 percent or more. By comparison, Limbird Real Estate Group grew by 228 percent over the last three years. In 2017, the Limbird Team achieved $120 million in gross sales with 501 closings. For the purposes of the Inc. 5000 list, companies are ranked by Inc. according to percentage revenue growth from 2014 to 2017. No company on the Inc. 5000 has grown by less than 50 percent over that time period.

The 2018 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2014 to 2017. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2014. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2017.
