RIPIN's Call Center is Rhode Island's designated program to help Rhode Islanders with nearly any type of health insurance issue.

 
We know that understanding health insurance isn’t easy. In just the last year alone, we’ve interacted with our clients over 30,000 times to work on their education and health insurance issues.

And while you need to make sure your family is still getting the coverage they need, the insurance company uses confusing and complicated terms that are hard to understand. You may receive multiple notices in the mail from your doctor, your insurance company, or the hospital or lab you visited, leaving you wondering what to do.

Meanwhile, weeks or months go by and you feel like you haven’t gotten very far. You never wanted bills to pile up or your coverage to stop.

RIPIN provides a free helpline for consumers who have questions or are trying to solve problems with their healthcare. We take a unique, step by step approach and never try to give you the runaround.

RIPIN is an independent, nonprofit community organization, which means serving you is our top priority. All of our services are confidential, multilingual, and available at no cost to consumers.
