São Paulo - January 7, 2016: B2Brazil Serviços Interativos Ltda. ("B2Brazil") and Winliner Information Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. ("Winliner") have signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the purpose of strengthening trade and cooperation between Chinese enterprises in Brazil. B2Brazil, Brazil's largest B2B trade portal, promotes non-Brazilian micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Brazil in Portuguese via www.B2Brazil.com.br and promotes Brazilian SMEs globally in English via www.B2Brazil.com. Winliner manages a cross-border e-commerce network extending all over the globe which can facilitate Chinese enterprises to achieve one-stop global commodity marketing to reach each corner of the global market with local partners in local languages. To reach the Brazilian market, Winliner will exclusively market and promote B2Brazil's premium membership directly to Chinese enterprises through its national sales force.

"Winliner's business completely synergizes with ours", said John Gardiner, a partner at B2Brazil.com. "China is Brazil's largest trading partner and B2Brazil's largest source of non-Brazilian members. We are very fortunate to partner with a company with a large footprint in China like Winliner to market our memberships to Chinese enterprises."

"We are excited to embark on this new strategic partnership with B2Brazil," said Steven Lu, Vice President of Winliner. "Brazil is a very important country for Chinese enterprises and now we can include the largest B2B trade portal there to promote Chinese companies in Portuguese. There is no similar offering in the Chinese marketplace."
