What should be done before a natural disaster strikes? You must devise a plan in case of natural disaster emergencies, and you must help and motivate your employees to make an emergency plan with their families to be prepared.

You must think about how one of these disasters can impact the lives of your employees and their families. Also how it would affect your clients, and the workplace,your premises. Think of how a natural disaster would affect your business if streets or other routes are blocked, and / or lines of communication are limited or down, then devise plans of how to proceed.
