Human Rights are fundamental to creativity and it shows in the financial production i the economic sector.

Today I caught my breath in surprise. It was because of something I heard on the radio, a number. It really isn't something I didn't know. I have even written bout it before. But still, it knocked me back a little bit. In the infamous March of 2020 the numbers kept by ACPSA (Arts and Cultural Production Satellite Account) were released showing that in the US arts and culture produced $877.8 Billion of the country's Gross Domestic Product (gap) in 2017, this was over 4.5% of the nation's total production. The US exported more money than it imported by about $30 Billion. Wow! Creatives and their industries are very good for the financial health of this country. Not to mention how interwoven they are to our lives. ..And this sector of the economy grew at more than twice the rate of the overall economy of the US. It grew at 4.45 %. These numbers are on the internet for all to see. I was so surprised I looked it up.

One of the basic human rights that makes this possible is "27. Copyright, Copyright is the special law that protects one's own artistic creations and writings; others cannot make copies without permission. We all have the right to our own way of life and to enjoy the good things that art, science and learning bring.", it says in What Are Human Rights published by Youth for Human Rights. L. Ron Hubbard stated that "We of the Church believe: That all men of whatever race, color or creed were created with equal rights.", in the Creed of the Church of Scientology. www.YouthforHumanRights.org.
