Take All Proper Precautions, and Remember, Happiness is Good for Health

If you smile at someone, and they smile back, it is good for both of you, so smile and raise some spirits, including your own.

Each of you reading this has probably had the experience of someone else's smile making you feel better. And if you smile at someone,
and it lifts their spirits and they smile back, your own spirits are again lifted. This is just one example, and while we are in a time of physical
distance and not touching, we all remember hugs from friends. The expression of support, love, comradeship, solidarity... I am sure you will
think of more, is now seen with elbow tapping, hooking ankles, or throwing multiple kisses across a room, even butt bumps. We, as people, need this;
this shared expression, these statements of belonging to the human race. And I hear rumors that happiness is good for your health.

So in these very odd times, look out at the world, each of these people is family. Smile and acknowledge the other. No virus will spread across the
the social distance of six feet. Be sure to stay well rested, well, fed and well hydrated. Use good personal hygiene, handkerchiefs or kleenex for
nose blowing. Hand washing with hot water and soap. Maybe a little more than the usual social nicety these days, and perhaps these niceties were
put in place as hygiene, and to promote health.
