Sleep, and That Means Good Sleep, Is the Key to a Healthy Life

I recently discovered and thanks to being forced to rest because of being locked up in the Coronavirus quarantine that I had to take care of myself, lose weight, eat, better, sleep, exercise well.

After ten years of bad sleep, interrupted sleep, not getting a good night's rest, waking up in the middle of the night and not falling asleep again until hours have gone by, only to wake up in the morning, tired the night, without having the chance for the body to recover and energy to return, you begin to lead a life where fatigue is part of your daily life and you get used to it to the point that you no longer remember how it felt to even wake up well and energetic and rested.

I recently discovered and thanks to being forced to rest because of being locked up in the Coronavirus quarantine that I had to take care of myself, lose weight, eat, better, sleep, exercise well. To tell the truth, I was always just very tired and did not know it. It was already in my natural state to feel that way and accompanied by a small overall bad mood that I hadn't even detected, I just knew that I was becoming more intolerant of many things in my daily life and I thought that this was the new “Status quo”.

But it's not like that, I came back to life, I sleep again for seven to eight hours straight without interruptions and it is the glory. I feel good, happy, I want to do things, I wake up wanting to start the day, I am not bothered by things or the bad mood of the people around me, and the first thing I ask them; Are you sleeping well and their answers tell me everything...

“Get rest. Although many times in life one has to work beyond normal sleep periods, a person’s general failure to get proper rest can make him or her a burden to others. Tired people are not alert. They can make mistakes. They have accidents. Just when you need them they can dump the whole workload on one. They put others at risk. Insist that people who do not get proper rest do so.” L.
