Religious Persecution Rips Out Your Soul and Eats Your Heart

Poetically dramatic, yes?! But no overstatement of the crushing effects of religious hatred. This is the time of year when we review the past and dream our future into being. We dream, wish, postulate life into the future as spiritual beings. When hatred seems to seep through society it often appears to be an organic process, but in truth it is propelled by a hidden influence.

In the present these forces are at work covertly. Psychiatry has formalized itself into a false science. While there was some insight into the subconscious mind and the role it can have in our consciousness, which has been of help, it soon morphed into a covert shelter for hate mongers who promote self-hatred and suggest electroconvulsive therapy or dangerous drugs as remedies. These psychiatrists are the modern version of the group that engineered the Holocaust, the systematic murder of around two-thirds of the Jewish population of Europe. There is no more heart wrenching example of religious hatred enacted in our world.

The Holocaust, also referred to as the Shoah, is commemorated each year on the day that the Auschwitz concentration camp was liberated by the Soviets, nearly 8 months before the official end of World War II. We remember this date, the 27th of January, in the beginning of our new year, no longer to look back, but to measure a way forward that recognizes the necessity of understandings of mankind on a spiritual and religious basis.

This is well stated in the Creed of the Church of Scientology, excerpted below.

"We of the Church believe:
That the souls of men have the rights of men.
That the study of the mind and the healing of mentally caused ills should not be alienated from religion or condoned in nonreligious fields.
And that no agency less than God has the power to suspend or set aside these rights overtly or covertly." L. Ron Hubbard.
