Masks. Gloves. Six feet/One meter distant. Wash your hands often. Don't touch your face. Above all, DO NOT BE AFRAID . You can control your response to this Coronavirus.

Masks. Gloves. Six feet/One meter distant. Wash your hands often. Don't touch your face. Above all, DO NOT BE AFRAID.
You can control your response to this Coronavirus. You can eat clean, nutritious food. You can sleep enough to replenish your body.
You can do something to take some control in your own life and make sure that those around you take similar control. We call these precautions. The sense of that be carefulness is not a successful point of view. This is not about huddling in some safe place. This is an aggressive reach into the world despite a virus. It is protective gear, like a fire-fighter might wear! It lets you go about life in a sort of armor. Maybe we should all wear paper outer garments that we can discard daily. There might be a very inexpensive way to do this. Perhaps we could have festive ones for grander occasions. There are already prettier and more comfortable masks.

We need a runway show in New York, and in Paris and in Milan. Beauty can change things. Admiration can change things. Courage will most certainly change things. Take over the paradigm. Any one among us can start this. Each one of us can do this wherever we are.
This is still real life, but why not play it like a game? Put on the costume and step out there. Anyone who is taking on life and moving out into this world is a particular kind of hero. If you want some great guidelines for the hygiene parts of this, there are Stay Well booklets
available for free from the Volunteer Ministers. Just to make things easier, there is also a web site. "Something can be done about it.", L. Ron Hubbard. www.volunteerministers.org You are also welcome to get briefed and get actual paper booklets from any Scientology Organization near you.
