Immune System with High Defenses All The Time and Ready to Fight

Our bodies need our help. We must eat well and drink plenty of clean water to support our immune system.

Bodies, human bodies, are essentially a small machine running on oxygen and carbon. A peculiar machine that has a very specific function, letting you perceive the world through its sensations. Interestingly, a human body that lets you feel what can be pleasant or unpleasant, especially when it becomes ill, or experiences physical pain. One of the less pleasant categories is when the body is sick and this is shown by the experience of pain.

Manifestations such as stomach pain, fever, headache, heaviness, fatigue, cramps ... you name them. They can be an a la carte menu of sensations that can cause you to nail one knee to the ground, only to experience pain. And for a moment you stop to see what is happening to the body.

I say, I understand you… but let's continue. There is a balance between managing your body and letting yourself be controlled by it. And the difference is that some have a good immune system, strong and resistant to everything. There are people who do not get sick from anything, and there are others who if they just do not drink enough water or eat well one day, they are completely vulnerable even to the first mosquito that passes by.

“Eat properly. People who do not eat properly are not of much help to you or themselves. They tend to have a low energy level. They are sometimes ill-tempered. They become ill more easily. It doesn’t require strange diets to eat properly but it does require that one eats nourishing food regularly.” L. Ronald Hubbard. www.thewaytohappiness.org @waytohappinesstampa
