While there are armed conflicts, while there is violence within a country or across the borders into other countries, the vast majority of the population is in danger of death, there are violations of Human Rights. Finding a safe place to be is an essential part of human survival.

When there is a conflict, which is nothing more than a disagreement, there is nothing left but to sit down, analyze the realities of each of the parties and look for the third party; there must be a third party interested in having those two parties fight .Who gets the advantage? There is someone. Always.

Human Right 14. The Right to Seek a Safe Place to Live; 1. Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. 2. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations. www.youthforhumanrights.org @humanrightstampa
