Mr. Fernandes will be an Independent Director, and was nominated by Sport Chain Security’s executive management. He was previously Sport Chain Security’s Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer.

Mr. Fernandes has spent more than 20 years in artificial intelligence research and development for a number of emerging start-ups in Latin America.
