Read contributory and non-contributory parent visa schemes releasing on September 29th by Australian Government.Check MoreVisas News on Subclass 143, 103 visas. Apply parent visa scheme to Australia.

The Home Affairs Department updated their information on Wednesday 29 September, regarding the latest parent visa scheme framework. Home Affairs verified that the below visas numbers are available for the parent visa scheme of contributory and non-contributory:
Migration Programme Year (2018–19) has below allocations:
1,500 positions have been allotted to Parent (non-contributory) visas (subclasses 804 and 103)
7,175 positions have been allotted to Parent (contributory) visas (subclasses 884/864 and subclasses 173/143).
The online queue calculator of the Department allows candidates to determine how many individuals are ahead of an appeal in the queue.
To utilize the queue calculator, the candidate can join the queue date and select the parent visa and the applied subclass. The parent visa queue calculator will give a rough number of individuals ahead in the queue. This process is also important in determining the rough time it will take to be considered for visa grant depends on the visa number grants possible for the visa subclass in each one Migration Programme year. If a candidate is a new visa applicant Contributory Parent, they will not be presented with a queue date. Therefore the queue calculator is not relevant to these appeals at this time.
The number of individuals ahead of you in the queue comprises applicants being admitted for visa grant for this year Migration Programme.
Queue numbers are subject to:
Fluctuations in the number of visa positions possible for each year
Changes due to visa grants, withdrawals, and refusals
Variations due to prosperous review cases which are given preference.
Contributory Parent Visas
Home Affairs process appeals for this visa in lodgement date order and as per the planning levels set in each year Migration Programme. Unlike the approved parent visa, the Contributory Parent visa is presently not subject to queuing arrangements. Therefore a candidate will not be given with a queue date.
Temporary Parent Visa
The current visa will enable Australians to sponsor their parents to live in Australia for up to five years at a time. This current visa arrangement does not substitute the present Parent category visas, and there will be roughly 15,000 places available per year.
