Real time interaction through websites has gained an upper hand in this past few years. With it becoming a preferred way of connecting with the providers, legions of companies from different industries are plugging IMs in their websites. This has helped both the companies and their visiting traffic in more than just one way. Through the chat function on websites, users can now get easily in touch with a company and get their queries answered instantly or at least inside a day.
