The players of the Costa Rican National Team wear shirts with numbers representing  each article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They have reached more than 2 million Costa Ricans  who now know their human rights. Working with the National Football Federation of Costa Rico, where soccer is the most popular sport, the Youth for Human Rights Foundation of Costa Rico designed a special publication to bring awareness of what human rights are to the entire country.  Before traveling to the World Cup, there was a huge soccer game.  It was presided over by the President of the country, thus helping to make human rights a reality.

Scientology Network TV presents Braulio Vargas, President of United for Human Rights Costa Rica, in the series Voices for Humanity.  It can be seen on any device, Scientology TV app or website.

Braulio has been dedicated to helping his country combat ignorance and misinformation on the issue of human rights for several years. This ignorance leads to the worst violations, such as exploitation and slavery for labor, human trafficking, prostitution of children and the one he had to live from childhood, the murder of his brother. This violated human right number 3, the right to life.

"Human Rights must be a reality, not an idealistic dream" L. Ron Hubbard.
