First world or third world governments: sounds like a powerful and relentless entities. They define the lives of millions of people; they can produce the greatest happiness; they make thousands of people flourish and prosper, creating jobs, industry and laws that help the expansion of a country and give space to the future through the arts for future generations.

Or they can create the worst nightmares, leading people to revolts, torture, revolutions, militarism and political systems that are not based on the greatest good for all citizens. Thus creating the most brutal violations of Human Rights.

But what is a government? ... a government is a group of individuals, just that, a group of people who actually carry a great responsibility, with the destiny of millions of people depending on their good or bad decisions. So one solution is to educate the individual.
