This is a beginner level course on Adobe Lightroom and will be imparted in English by experienced photographers from Simulacra Studio and guest professionals on 6th May 2018. Digital photography has now largely taken over conventional film-based photography and most photographers work with post-production software to make their pictures as impressive as possible. Contrast, colours, greyscale effects are some steps that seem easy to use but actually need a formal understanding for best results. The post-production process helps in customising the images and giving them a unique style.

Using Adobe Lightroom, photographers can import pictures from their camera, edit them in library, and then print them or publish them in digital formats online. The participants will learn how to import their photographs and how to organise – edit – number – archive the final images. They will also get useful tips on removing the flaws from their pictures and upgrade them for better colour appeal, contrast, dust suppression and framing.
Another aspect of digital photography that the trainers from Simulacra Studio will touch upon is the tonal richness of black and white pictures. They will help learners in using automatic filters.
