COVID-19 has spread around the world, and more and more countries are beginning to pay attention to it, establishing the field hospital, temporary testing station, and disinfection tunnel to ensure that the uninfected is protected from the infection.

Shelter Structures (www.shelter-structures.com) received an urgent order from abroad, which required the field hospital to be used to treat the infected. It also served as a quarantine station to investigate suspicious people. Our client needs around 300 beds and temporary warehouses for medical equipment.

Our professional sales manager provided one-to-one service for the first time. Due to the rapid deployment, Shelter recommends the clients to use inflatable medical tents to set up this temporary medical base. Compare with frame tent, the inflatable medical tent would be more rapid in production, transportation, and installation. The whole structure could be inflated completed within 10mins. And we welded the framework and the outer fabric together so that the time for installing the cover can be saved.

In order to quickly deliver the product to our clients, the Shelter team immediately put into production and worked around the clock to complete the production. Finally, the production was completed and loaded yesterday. Shelter hopes that our product could be helpful at such a difficult time.
