The prestigious GCC GOV HR Awards 2020 held in conjunction with the region’s leading public sector HR conference, GOV HR Summit, running for the eighth consecutive year, brought together brilliant minds and key stakeholders in human resources from across the GCC for highlighting best practices in managing people in what has been a transformational year for HR professionals regionally. The glittering awards ceremony took place at Intercontinental Festival City, Dubai on October 26th, 2020.
As companies increasingly focus on “human“ aspect of the human capital, the award nominations for 2020 GCC GOV HR Awards have demonstrated exemplary leadership towards driving organizational and team effectiveness through remote working, managing change, enhancing employee experience, mental wellbeing, managing stress, digital transformation, diversity and inclusion and more.
