Cognitobaby presents a new and easy way for babies and toddlers to learn. This multilingual must-have for little learners is the ideal tool for teaching over 250 basic words in both English and 26 other languages! Included are animals, numbers, colours, sounds, vehicles, fruits, vegetables, musical instruments and house items. It is a great aid designed to stimulate the senses, creativity, memorization, listening skills, vocabulary building, and language emission.

Veronika Larsen, Founder of Cognitobaby, speaks five languages and uses three in her home. When her daughter reached 2 years old it became clear that Veronika needed an educational tool for her daughter that could help to develop and practice basic skills in three languages. She needed a tool that taught her daughter that ‘dog’ could also be ‘hund’, or ‘chien’.

There were other apps already on the market, in fact, quite a lot of them. However, they were all in English, only a few were bilingual or multilingual, and the quality was not sufficient. There were too many ads and did not support the specific languages Veronika was looking for.

Veronika built a great team of developers and translators who have worked tirelessly on the CognitoBaby app since the summer of 2017. It is now ready to open up a world of learning to curious little Einsteins.

Veronika is not a tech geek, she’s a caring mum who wanted to give her beautiful daughter and other children a head start with a fun tool that would make them want to learn without realising it! Her intention has always been to use this multilingual app to give children a strong idiomatic foundation so that they understand why different languages are constantly being used and why different objects have so many names. This is why she chose to focus on the basics, the first 250 words that every child should know.
