These new treats include raw frozen pheasant heads, necks, and feet. “Many of our customers have told us they’ve seen huge health improvements in their pets since adding raw treats and supplements to their diets,” says Pure Pheasant’s Pet Food Account Manager, April Goble. These new treats offer the same health benefits to pets that their raw prey diet and freeze-dried treats do.

Pure Pheasant, owned by MacFarlane Pheasants Inc, offers a complete line of all-natural treats for pet. All Pure Pheasant products are made from the same dressed pheasants that are sold for human consumption. These birds are raised on MacFarlane’s spacious farms in free roaming pens and barns in Southern Wisconsin and are raised without any antibiotics or hormones. “This product expansion has allowed us to continue to utilize the entire bird and reduce waste,” says owner, Bill MacFarlane. Prior to the creation of Pure Pheasant, some parts like necks, heads, and feet would be discarded.
