Eastern India witnessed its first and one-of-a-kind Memorandum of Understanding between MCKV Institute of Engineering, West Bengal and Logiczap NextGen Technologies on Thursday, 19th August, 2021 at the Institute campus.

MCKV Institute of Engineering or MCKVIE is a NAAC Grade ‘A’ accredited Autonomous Institute, approved by AICTE & affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal. Established in the year 1999, MCKVIE was the pioneer institute in entire eastern India to offer Bachelors in Technology Degree in Automobile Engineering. Boasting of its state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities, MCKVIE has achieved another feather on its cap recently. The institute has signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Logiczap NextGen Technologies for setting up a world-class Electric Vehicle Laboratory by the edutech company in the Institute campus. Here the students will be trained by industry professionals in the concepts of Electric Vehicle technologies which are our future of commutation. “We aim to equip our students with all the latest technologies, tools and skill set that would be required by the recruiting companies with the upcoming paradigm shift in the automobile industry”, said Mr. Kishan Kumar Kejriwal, Chairman, MCKV Group of Institutions.

Logiczap NextGen Technologies is an edutech company that provides industrial trainings and internships to thousands of students in premier institutes in concepts like Electric Vehicle technologies, automotive electronics, embedded systems and many more. For students of MCKVIE, they can now intern under LogicZap in their EV Lab inside the Institute Campus and become a certified Intern.

The laboratory is expected to be officially inaugurated just after the Durga Puja holidays. This understanding will not only give the students of the institute an extra edge over the others, but also it will allow external students, enthusiasts and professionals to undergo this hands-on training, the duration of which will be anywhere between three to six weeks.
