Default, directed by Columbian director Simon Brand and which features popular actor SenyoAmoaku is set to be a smash hit of 2014. The film which had its world premier at the NY Columbian Film Festival at the end of March has been hailed as a must watch thriller.

The thriller, which focuses on the hijacking of an American news crew on an African runway, sees action at its best. The film that stars David Oyelowo as Atlas who is a Somali pirate and leader of a gang of plane hijackers and stars Senyo Amoaku as his accomplice is filmed in such a way that you feel you are part of the action.

The script has been written by Jim Wolfe Jr. and Dan Bence and and being distributed by Wild Bunch. The film promises to show some of world's best action in recent times with Senyo Amokau showcasing his talents.

"It’s a Blair Witch Project, Paranormal Activity-style film… you really feel like you’re there... We saw the film and fell for it immediately – it sort of came out of nowhere. CAA, which is handling North America, thinks it will be the standout pic at Sundance,” said Wild Bunch’s sales chief Vincent Maraval.

The hijack is not about money; Atlas the head of the gang has hijacked the plane for a reason. He wants to tape an interview with Frank Saltzman, a legendary newsman who is on the flight. Although the newsman agrees, it soon becomes a battle of the wits.

The thriller with SenyoAmoaku is set to keep the audience on the edge of their seats as they watch the hostages try and find a way for freedom, knowing they have no one else to rely on except themselves.

Fans of Senyo Amoaku, who was born in Dayton, Ohio, USA and has appeared in films, which have been directed by Sly Stallone, Kerry Prior, and Claudio Faeh will see his acting skills move up a level.

The actor who appeared in Expendables with Sly Stallone has already been tipped as a future James Bond. He has become a rising star in Hollywood with producers looking for that something special for their films.

'Default' With Senyo Amoaku will be out in the fall, and with another smash hit under his belt it is only a matter a time when his fans can expect to see him as a leading man.
