Bhandara: The unit in Bhandara in Maharashtra was also established in the year 1982 and it specializes in the manufacture of Gearbox Units. This plant is spread over an area of 232 acres.

Pantnagar: The next Ashok Leyland manufacturing plant is in Pantnagar in Uttarakhand. Established in the year 2010, the factory has an annual capacity of 75000 units for new generation Platforms and Cabs. It is the largest plant of the company and boasts of state of the art infrastructure and manufacturing technologies, imported from various parts of the world, including Europe, USA, and Japan.

Sengadu Village: The facility dedicated for producing Ashok Leyland Defence Systems was established in the year 2008 in the Sengadu Village of the Kanchipuram District in Tamil Nadu.
