Why does NCSOFT link server groups?
To ensure a high quality playing experience and adapt with the evolving player base in Blade & Soul, NCSOFT decides to connect the world zones between multiple servers together. So, characters on other servers are able to play in the same world zones and in the same language. What’s more, NCSOFT will add a combined Faction population count for these linked servers, and they have taken care to look at faction balance to consider the server groups.
Scheduled Maintenance with modifications in BNS
Today, all servers in Blade & Soul underwent a maintenance for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Within the updates, routine server maintenance and modifications, some issues will be fixed and some details will be changed in Blade & Soul.

Grab Pistachio Dream costume on July 20
Recently, NCSOFT launched a match for the Act IV story with a reward of a new costume, the Pistachio Dream costume. It is available as a quest reward for completing the Act IV storyline. So, if you want to get one, just fight and complete the Act IV storyline. However, the Pistachio Dream costume is a limited-time reward. It is only available until maintenance on July 20. So, please be sure to complete the questline and grab this costume before it’s gone!

How convenient will it be?
After multiple servers have been connected together, you will be able to share zones and channels with characters from other servers in an entirely seamless way. You’ll be able to group in the world with other players from your linked server group, create or join a clan with them, and send mail to other characters in your linked server group.
