By popular requests, Rentec Direct added the Vendor/Category Ledgers and the Outgoing ACH Reports.

Vendor/Category Ledgers

Within the financial reports, subscribers can find the new Category Ledger and the Vendor Ledger reports. These reports outputs come in a format that is very similar to a standard ledger report the difference is that landlords and property managers can define a specific category or vendor to put in the report.

"Do you need an itemized list of repair related expenses to a certain property? No problem, the category report can do that for you. Want to see a list of expenses to a specific category for all properties? Again, you certainly can!" said Rentec Direct.

In Addition, using the same principle, subscribers can specify a date-range, property (or all) and choose a vendor to see how much was paid to a vendor.

Outgoing ACH Report

"Do you have a merchant account and disburse owner draws via ACH? If not then you should," Rentec Direct added.

For all Rentec Direct subscribers who already have a merchant account would be pleased with the new Outgoing ACH Report which displays all details of all ACH transactions. The Outgoing ACH Report has a customizable date range, and can be emailed or exported to PDF. Within the report subscribers have access to the payment date, status, transaction id, amount, as well as an estimated delivery date taking weekends and holidays into account where the banks do not operate. This new report is available to all property managers using ACH within the Financial Reports tab.

Of note, the data for this report just began accumulating recently; therefore, historical outgoing ACH transactions will not display.
