OSRS Island of Stone is a proposed dungeon containing 3 types of Slayer monsters: dagannoths, basilisk and basilisk knights OSRS. OSRS Neitiznot Faceguard is an upgraded helm of Neitiznot, which requires 70 Defence and completion of The Fremennik Exiles quest to wear.
