The Revolutionary War (1775-83), also known as the American Revolution waged by the American colonies against Britain influenced political ideas as well as revolutions across the world. Phil Lovin enjoys reading about and visiting sites related to the American Revolution to witness the time when America as a small fledgling country fought with the biggest military force of that time and won freedom. Williamsburg, VA is one of his favorite places as is Cowpens battlefield and others.
Phil Lovin is an advocate for animal rights and a great admirer of National Park Service as well. In free time, he likes to travel, cook, go on hiking, and collect handmade art from the mountains such as handmade pottery and wood carvings. Besides that, he is also passionate about helping others overcome addiction and restore their lives.
