The Conditions:

1. Collection of Tenders: Interested Companies and Establishment registered with RAEC, Tenders Board and distribution code review panel (DCRP) for electrical works obtain the tender documents from Procurement & Contracts Department, Rural Areas Electricity company at AL- Khuwair, against non-refundable payment as mentioned above for each set of documents. The tender may be collected on any working day between 8.00 AM – 1.00 PM.

2. Bank Guarantee: The Tenderer should enclose a bank guarantee issued by any in the Sultanate of Oman for an amount equivalent to (1%) of the tender value with a validity with a of (90) Days from the last date of submission and addressed to Rural Area Electricity Company (S.A.O.C)

3. Offers submission: Tenders should be submitted in two sealed envelopes (financial & Technical) with red wax addressed to the chairman of tender committed. Rural Area Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) marked with tender number and the subject. Others marks or any reference must not be printed outside the envelopes. The exterior of the enveloped containing the tender document must not reveal the identity of the tenderer.

4. Submission Location: The completed Tender Should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Rural Area Electricity Company (S.A.O.C) Main office at Al- Khuwair, Before 1.00 PM on the last date of submission.

5. RAECO, without mentioning the reason is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
