Ramprastha: Airport parameter

Airports and railway stations are the gateway to any city. And being close to these places is always beneficial for residential as well as hospitality properties. It is this very reason that puts prime value on properties near airport and stations.

 
Airport is the point of entry into a city and gives frequent flyers the comfort of avoiding traffic hassles and being home soon enough after a long and tiring journey. This allure makes properties near airports all the more appealing. The same can be said for hospitality properties as well. In fact, one can see hotels spring near the airport at a staggering rate. This is because people traveling for business to a city generally prefer to avoid tedious travels and stay near the airport.

Connecting Gurgaon to Dwarka is the Dwarka Expressway, another place with great potential for developers. A lot many new projects of the luxurious nature are coming up here as well. The Ramprastha Group is creating a luxurious township called the Ramprashta City right next to the Dwarka Expressway. The township is a city in itself with world class residential, commercial and retail spaces.

The number of properties coming up near the airport is another indication of the demand for the area. Construction right next to the airport is not allowed due to security reasons. This makes Dwarka and Gurgaon the perfect alternatives. They are far enough from the airport to be able to give a calm and quiet surrounding that may not otherwise be possible with the chaotic noises that are associated with airports.
