MS Dhoni is no less than a mentor to the young Bridget in the Indian Team. He always try to help others with his cricketing knowledge and skill and also considered as one of the calm and composed player on the field. But he also lost his cool once and India spinner Kuldeep Yadav had to bear that on the field.

Kuldeep Yadav got scared on that day as Mahendra Singh Dhoni had lost his cool for the very first time in 20 years of his career after he didn’t listen to the instructions while bowling during an ODI against Sri Lanka in 2017.

"Kusal (Perera) smashed a boundary over the covers. Dhoni Bhai shouted from behind the wickets and asked me to change the fielding. I did not listen to his suggestion and next ball, Kusal hit another boundary with a reverse sweep," Kuldeep Yadav told sports anchor JatinSapru during an Instagram chat.

And what happened next was something that no one probably had expected.

"...angry Dhoni came up to me and said, ''main pagal hu? 300 one-day khelahoon, aursamjharahahoonyahaan pe.' (Am I mad? I have played 300 ODIs and you are not listening to me)."

However, the scared UP spinner later went up to MS Dhoni in the team bus to apologise and also asked if he had ever lost his cool like this in the past.

"I was so scared of him that day. After the match, I went up to him in the team bus and asked if he ever got angry. he replied: '20 saal se gussanahikiyahai (I have never been angry in the last 20 years.)'.

Meanwhile, Dhoni has not played a single game ever since India's semifinal exit from the ODI World Cup last year after New Zealand defeated them. He was expected to make a return with the 13th edition of IPL but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the IPL has postponed for the indefinite time period.
