Fitness Expert Laila Milanian Announces New Pregnant Pilates Program

Laila Milanian, professional project manager and fitness guru, recently announced plans to release her new Pilates fitness program aimed to help pregnant and nursing women stay physically fit.

 
Ever since babies started being born, women have been coming up with fun and innovative ways to regain their figure after pregnancy. While shedding the baby bump has become a hot topic among new moms, no one has yet to develop the perfect recipe for weight loss. While there are some great tips out there, fitness enthusiast Laila Milanian has created a specially designed Pilates program for exclusively for pregnant and nursing women. Laila Milanian recently announced plans to launch her Pregnant Pilates program and hopes it will offer moms the tools needed to stay fit.

Laila Milanian’s new Pilates program was created with new and expecting moms in mind. Regarding the development of this innovative Pilates program, Laila Milanian had this to say: “I absolutely love fitness and have personally tried many different techniques and sports. I’ve found that Pilates offers new and expecting moms great physical benefits.” As she mentioned, Laila Milanian has dabbled in a variety of fitness techniques including kickboxing, aerobics, Tae Kwon Do, and Akido.

In Laila Milanian’s experience, Pilates has been one of the best ways to attain physical fitness. When asked about the benefits of a structured Pilates program, Laila Milanian had this to say: “Pilates is really the best way to restore muscle strength, tone muscle, and promote weight loss. These are three things that new moms tend to focus on after having a baby.” In addition to exercise, Laila Milanian enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle by eating fresh foods, drinking plenty of water, and getting adequate rest. With the release of her new Pregnant Pilates program, Laila Milanian hopes to inspire new and expecting moms to get excited about physical health.

Professionally, Laila Milanian is an established project management professional with over seven years of experience. In addition to project management, Laila Milanian has worked to become a well-rounded fitness expert. In 2003, Laila Milanian was awarded the “Best Female Personal Trainer” Award by Time Out New York. Also, Laila Milanian has received certifications as a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, and Pilates with pre- and post-natal certification. Laila Milanian is looking forward to the launch of her new program.
