Most people know Zachary Zaitzeff as the dynamo restaurant owner who has graced the city of New York with his burger shop. However, very few people actually know the story behind the restaurant that Zachary Zaitzeff is so well known for.

Zachary Zaitzeff got his start in New York City as a professional in the financial industry. In fact, Zachary Zaitzeff was quite successful in that industry, although he always felt as though something was missing from his life. In the aftermath of the deadly terrorist attacks on the United States of America on September 11 2001, Zachary Zaitzeff realized that he could no longer stand by in the financial services industry.

Knowing that he needed to commit himself fully to the reconstruction of New York City, Zachary Zaitzeff quit his job and committed himself fully to the rebuilding of the economy. Zachary Zaitzeff did this by opening his now iconic burger restaurant in the heart of New York City.

Zachary Zaitzeff explained to members of the press why it made so much sense to open this restaurant:
“In hindsight, it seems sort of silly to say that I thought a burger restaurant could help the city of New York heal, but honestly? I truly believed that it would. Looking around my city, I realized just how much it had gone through and I wanted to do what I could to help the city find its footing again. This is why I through myself into my desires to open a family owned burger restaurant. I felt like the city of New York could definitely use another great place to grab a bite to eat.”

The restaurant that Zachary Zaitzeff opened in 2003 has been a huge success. In fact, it has been well rated and adored by all the critics, including the Zagat guide. Zachary Zaitzeff says that the accolades that his restaurant has received are due in large part to his commitment to providing the best and freshest products in the city.

Zachary Zaitzeff is proud to live and work in the city of New York and says that he has every intention of staying in the city for the rest of his life.
