Kelechukwu Mbagwu MD of CMB have recently sought out to improve and restore the local Ikoyi Police Station. By providing financial and development support to the local police, CMB hopes to not only promote a positive and lasting image of the local real estate industry, but also to give local police a quality facility and home base that will provide the tools they need to better serve the community. He has successfully completed the project of providing a Gym and Cafeteria for the Police community to enable adequate fitness.

Kelechukwu Mbagwu is the Managing Director of CMB Building Maintenance and Investment Co. Ltd, a large and successful Estate development, maintenance and investment firm located in Nigeria. As the company’s MD, Kelechukwu Mbagwu has been a consistent and strong voice for continued community involvement. In 2013, CMB was a primary sponsor of an awareness programme targeted at educating the parents and families of autistic children by partnering with the Patrick Speech and Language Centre and the Initiative for the Care of Children with Developmental Disorders. Kelechukwu is also the main founder of the Pearl Minds Club An internal CMB group which provides valuable support by impacting in the community. As the man responsible for the formation of the Pearl Minds Club, Kelechukwu Mbagwu aims to build a sense of community, dedication and responsibility in his staff. He hopes to continually teach his employees the value of diligent community involvement, as well as to give them the chance to provide sponsorship and support to young and struggling children.
