Kelechi Mbagwu and CMB Building Maintenance & Investment Co. LTD are excited to announce their great progress on quite a few projects. Others have also recognized how well CMB Building Maintenance & Investment Co. LTD and Kelechi Mbagwu are doing so far in 2014. At the Nigerian Urban Development Awards in Abuja, CMB Building Maintenance & Investment Co. LTD was awarded Best Estate Developer of the Year 2014.

When the award was given Kelechi Mbagwu, and CMB immediately knew that it was made possible by their clients, and they are happy to continue to serve them. One of the projects is Pearl Capitol in Abuja. They are working 2 Blocks at the moment, and both of them are on track for completion on time or sooner. One of the buildings, Block B, has already been roofed, and the plastering of the building is nearing completion.

Another one of the projects that Kelechi Mbagwu and CMB are working on is Pearl Gardens and Pearl Cola Estates. There are currently close to 40 residents at these estates, and there are 70 units are under construction. They will finish a number of the buildings that are being constructed this year and look forward to the recent enhancement of security and serenity through better operations. CMB also recently finished the main road connecting the Pearl gardens estates and the road linking Pearl Nuga Court Estates is almost finished.

At Pearl Grace Court, CMB and Kelechi Mbagwu have very high expectations. Even though there has been a significant amount of rain, which has slowed construction, they are still moving forward as expected and have already completed two units. On Block A, the Block was from the first floor to the ground has been finished, and the roof has been finished and Block is on track. Block B has been moving forward as well. Painting has already started, and most of the plastering has been finished as well as doors and windows. They haven an expected completion date of this coming December and it looks like everything with it is on time.

Another one of Kelechi Mbagwu and CMB’s ongoing projects is Pearl Nuga Court. In record time, CMB has already completed twenty ground floor slabs, and that is extremely fast. Sixteen raft foundations have been finished, and they are planning on making twenty buildings in total. They have five suspended floors under construction, and all of the columns are in place.

Another ongoing project is the Pearl Royal Estate. The terrain is very rough, but CMB keeps up the good work and has successfully continued the access court even through the heavy rains and through the rough terrain. Over 1 km of mangrove forest has to be cleared for the project and that has started with good progress. They have also begun construction on some building including getting the ground floor and the columns for the first floor up and ready for the first suspended concrete slab.

Kelechi Mbagwu and CMB will continue to work diligently on this and many other projects. With the great progress through the rainy season, the project will have the utmost chance of being completed on or ahead of schedule.
