This time John Herrholz won the 2009 President’s Circle Award from Abbott Laboratories for top sales totals in the entire sales force in primary care. Consistency seems to be an adjective that would accurately describe John Herrholz. Consistency and overachieving, those words describe John Herrholz well. John Herrholz is a valuable asset to have on a sales team and they seem to recognize this at Abbott Laboratories.
“I try to remain consistent and respectful in my dealings with my clients, it is all about mutual respect. If we trust each other to be honest in our needs then we can make things happen with the confidence that it is best for all involved,” John Herrholz says about his selling style. John Herrholz prefers to think about his customers as friends; he likes to develop real relationships with them so that he can truly understand their situation. John Herrholz asks, “If I can’t understand them, then how could I possibly know what they need and what will work best for them?” John Herrholz’s beliefs about sales take you back to times when people genuinely cared for their neighbors and this is what John Herrholz feels now.
“I do feel that sales numbers are important, after all that is my job, so the best way I know how to achieve higher numbers is be involved and know my clients,” John Herrholz says. John Herrholz’s endless efforts in his career and his knowledge of health have combined to make him on of the most successful sales associates in the pharmaceutical industry and he could not be happier about the recognition he has received.
