Jayne Lessard is an extremely active individual, both in a professional setting and outside of it. For years, Jayne Lessard has led others as an athlete, a coach and counselor. Jayne Lessard is an executive coach and supports many organizations dedicated to helping people in her community. As of 2013, Jayne Lessard has served the needs of her clients for over 32 years.

Jayne Lessard pledges to continue helping and leading her community. For years, Jayne Lessard participated in outdoor leadership and ministry. “I would organize and lead outdoor adventure trips in Canada, British Columbia, and North Carolina. The trips were a great way to enjoy fellowship and share our beliefs in a friendly and open environment,” says Jayne Lessard.

While Jayne Lessard no longer leads adventure trips she is still very active in supporting local and worldwide ministry. “As a professional counselor, I thought it would be great to support those who help others through missionary work with my counseling skills,” says Jayne Lessard. Jayne Lessard has counseling missionaries in countries like; Liberia, Niger, Uganda, Indonesia and Mongolia.

Jayne Lessard’s community outreach also extends into education. Many high school and college students have benefitted from their time spent with Jayne Lessard. “As a coach I help these students find a major, or a career path that utilizes their gifts, aptitudes, and motivations through testing and one on one interaction,” says Jayne Lessard. “Often students do not realize what they do best and their talents and strengths go unrecognized. The truth is we are only successful when we build our lives around our strengths and natural abilities.” Jayne Lessard believes that as parents we often focus upon grades and academics rather than the gifts and aptitudes our children are born with.

For many years, Jayne Lessard has led seminars in her community and around the country. As a counselor who specializes in the area of marriage and family counseling, Jayne Lessard’s seminars often focus on family and marriage related issues. “I am always excited to get in front of people who want to strengthen their marriage,” states Jayne Lessard. “I believe in living life to its fullest and we should all be striving for with those who are most important in our lives.”
