Dwayne Hay is proud to be celebrating the fact that he is a personal trainer for Strive Fitness and Nutrition. In addition to that, he is the facility’s Hockey Program Coordinator. Dwayne Hay is able to teach his clients his techniques and special fitness methods that he uses to stay in shape. Dwayne Hay also helps the facility in an important way with marketing, as he is a former professional hockey player.

From the year 2000 to 2001, Dwayne Hay was a hockey player for the National Hockey League. In Calgary, Dwayne Hay played for the NHL Calgary Flames. Dwayne Hay worked incredibly hard to be the best hockey player he could be. To this day, he is proud to consider himself an alumnus of the Calgary Flames.

Once Dwayne Hay left the Flames behind, he knew that he wanted to do something that would utilize his considerable skills and physical talents. Dwayne Hay also knew that he had a lot of great fitness knowledge that he would be able to pass on to others if he had the right setting. That is why he knew he had to take the chance when he learned of the opportunity to work for Strive Fitness and Nutrition.

Dwayne Hay says, “I took the opportunity because they had a special hockey program, and they needed someone to be their coordinator. When I learned about this, I knew it was the right thing for me to do.” Today, Dwayne Hay works as the Hockey Program Coordinator, but he also works as a personal trainer.

Dwayne Hay is undoubtedly an elite trainer who has an outstanding work ethic. His integrity, knowledge, and professional experience make him one of Calgary’s most talented trainers. Dwayne Hay says, “I want people to know that I will work hard to get them to work even harder for themselves. I have mastered a variety of fitness techniques that are effective and fun. I enjoy working with adults and children; and for those parents out there, I know I will be able to inspire your children to greater heights, both at the gym and at school.”
